Job Duties
- Learn and support the You First culture and core values
- Put supervisory skills to work ensuring daily operations run according to plan and with high standards
- Follow recipes and uphold food quality standards
- Know restaurant sales and traffic goals and work to exceed them
- Coach and observe the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
- Implement the 10 Commitments in daily operations
- Respond promptly to customer and employee concerns
- Communicate and take ownership of repair and maintenance issues
- Maintain food safety certification and coach safe food handling
- Scout and interview candidates for team expansion
- Secure company assets including computers, point of sale, security systems, and equipment
- Understand key responsibilities of all restaurant positions
- Enforce appropriate behavior and investigate issues
- Train, coach, and develop team members daily
- Recognize above-and-beyond performance
- Account for daily revenues and deposits
- Complete administrative duties and paperwork on time
