Job Requirements

  • 21 plus years of age
  • 2 plus years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
  • Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
  • True leadership capabilities
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

Job Qualifications

  • 2 plus years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Proficient in managing labor and cost of goods sold
  • Strong leadership skills with proven team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and noisy environment
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, coaching, and training staff

Job Duties

  • Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest’s expectations
  • Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions
  • Interacting with guest service-focused team members in areas of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and continuous professional development
  • Living core values and leading others to do so while collaborating with the management team to achieve high-quality and timely results
  • Overseeing all day-to-day restaurant and entertainment operations to meet financial and service goals
  • Managing cost of goods sold and labor to maximize profitability
  • Creating a fun and engaging environment for both staff and guests
