Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant or food service management
- Food safety certification required
- Ability to work morning shifts
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to operate point of sale and security systems
- Must be able to respond quickly to customer and employee issues
- Capability to train and develop team members
- Must adhere to company policies and culture
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Learn and support our You First culture and core values
- Put supervisory skills to work ensuring daily operations run smoothly and meet high standards
- Ensure recipes and food preparation standards are followed accurately
- Understand and work to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
- Coach and observe the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
- Implement the 10 Commitments in daily actions
- Respond promptly to customer and employee concerns
- Communicate and take ownership of repair and maintenance issues
- Maintain food safety certifications and coach safe food handling
- Recruit and interview candidates
- Secure company assets including computers and equipment
- Understand responsibilities of all restaurant positions
- Address and investigate inappropriate behavior
- Train, coach, and develop team members daily
- Recognize and reward outstanding performance
- Account for daily revenues and deposits
- Complete administrative duties and paperwork on time
