Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or leadership roles
  • Food safety certification
  • Ability to work morning shifts only
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle employee and customer relations
  • Capability to manage financial transactions and deposits

Job Duties

  • Learn and support our You First culture and core values
  • Put supervisory skills to work, ensuring daily operations run according to plan and high standards
  • Follow recipes and uphold food quality standards
  • Monitor and strive to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
  • Coach and observe the implementation of First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
  • Apply and enact the 10 Commitments in daily activities
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer and employee concerns
  • Take ownership of repair and maintenance needs
  • Maintain certification in food safety and coach safe food handling practices
  • Continuously scout and interview potential team members
  • Safeguard company assets including technology and security systems
  • Understand every position's key responsibilities within the restaurant
  • Address and investigate inappropriate behavior immediately
  • Conduct daily training, coaching, and development of team members
  • Recognize and reward outstanding performance
  • Manage daily revenues and deposits
  • Complete administrative duties and paperwork on time
