Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food safety certification
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Ability to work morning shifts
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Availability to work full-time

  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work mornings and lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations including sales, customer service, and staff management

Job Duties

  • Learns and supports the You First culture and core values
  • Puts supervisory skills to work ensuring daily operations run according to plan and high standards
  • Understands and enforces recipe adherence for quality food sourcing
  • Works to meet and exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
  • Coaches and observes the Five Steps of Service implementation at every table
  • Applies the 10 Commitments in daily operations
  • Responds promptly to customer and employee concerns
  • Communicates and takes ownership of repair and maintenance issues
  • Maintains food safety certification and coaches team on safe food handling
  • Scouts, interviews and hires new team members
  • Secures company assets including computers, point of sale, and equipment
  • Understands key responsibilities of every restaurant position
  • Stops and investigates inappropriate behavior
  • Trains, coaches and develops team members daily
  • Recognizes and rewards outstanding performance
  • Manages daily revenue and deposits
  • Completes administrative duties and paperwork on time
