Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must be able to work early morning shifts with no night shifts
  • Prior management experience in restaurants or similar environment
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
  • Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Experience with financial management and reporting
  • Proficiency with point of sale systems and restaurant technology
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to maintain a positive and motivating work environment

Job Duties

  • Learn and support You First culture and core values
  • Put supervisory skills to work ensuring daily operations run according to plan and high standards
  • Ensure that recipes and food quality are strictly followed
  • Understand and work to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
  • Coach and observe First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
  • Implement and act upon the 10 Commitments in daily operations
  • Respond promptly to customer and employee concerns
  • Communicate and take ownership of repair and maintenance issues
  • Maintain food safety certification and coach safe food handling
  • Scout and interview candidates to join the team
  • Secure company assets including POS and security systems
  • Understand all position responsibilities within the restaurant
  • Address and investigate inappropriate behavior immediately
  • Train, coach, and develop team members consistently
  • Recognize exceptional performance
  • Manage daily revenues and deposits
  • Complete administrative duties and paperwork on time
