Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Learn and support the You First culture and core values
  • put supervisory skills to work ensuring daily operations run according to plan with high standards
  • ensure recipe compliance and quality food preparation
  • work to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
  • coach and observe the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
  • implement the 10 Commitments in daily actions
  • respond promptly to customer and employee concerns
  • manage repair and maintenance issues with immediate ownership
  • hold food safety certification and coach safe food handling
  • recruit and interview candidates continuously
  • protect company assets including computers and security systems
  • understand every restaurant position's responsibilities
  • address and investigate inappropriate behavior
  • train, coach, and develop team members daily
  • recognize outstanding performance
  • manage daily revenues and deposits
  • complete administrative tasks and paperwork on time
