Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- food safety certification
- minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant supervisory or managerial position
- ability to work flexible daytime hours
- strong leadership and organizational skills

- ability to handle fast-paced environment and multitask

Job Duties
- Learns and supports our You First culture and core values
- puts their supervisory skills to work, making sure daily operations runs according to plan and with high standards

- knows the restaurant sales and traffic goals - and works to exceed them
