Job Duties
- Learn and support the You First culture and core values
- ensure daily operations run smoothly and according to high standards
- follow recipes and maintain food quality
- work to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
- coach and observe the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
- implement the 10 Commitments
- respond urgently to customer and employee concerns
- manage and take ownership of repair and maintenance issues
- maintain food safety certification and coach safe food handling
- recruit and interview new team members
- secure company assets including technology and equipment
- understand and oversee every restaurant position
- address inappropriate behavior and investigate as necessary
- train and develop team members daily
- recognize outstanding performance
- account for daily revenues and deposits
- complete administrative duties and paperwork on time
