Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of previous supervisory experience in a hospitality environment preferred
  • Fluent in communicating (speaking, reading, and writing) in English

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including budgeting and financial management
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required
