Job Requirements

- experience in restaurant supervision or management
- food safety certification
- ability to work morning shifts with no night shifts

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in restaurant management or supervisory role preferred
- food safety certification
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- knowledge of restaurant sales and traffic goals
- experience with employee development and team building
- proficiency in handling administrative tasks related to restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Learn and support the You First culture and core values
- put supervisory skills to work ensuring daily operations run according to plan and with high standards
- ensure recipes are followed to maintain food quality
- understand restaurant sales and traffic goals and work to exceed them
- coach and observe implementation of First Watch Five Steps of Service
- put the 10 Commitments into action
- respond urgently to customer and employee concerns
- communicate and take ownership of repair and maintenance issues
- be certified in food safety and coach safe food handling
- scout for and interview candidates
- keep company assets secure including computers and security systems
- understand key responsibilities of every restaurant position
- stop and investigate inappropriate behavior
- train, coach, and develop team members daily
- recognize exceptional performance
- account for all daily revenues and deposits
- complete administrative duties and submit paperwork on time
