Job Requirements

- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Learn and support You First culture and core values
- Put supervisory skills to work to ensure daily operations run according to plan and high standards
- Understand and follow recipes to maintain food quality
- Know and work to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
- Coach and observe implementation of First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
- Apply the 10 Commitments in daily actions
- Respond urgently to customer and employee concerns
- Communicate and take ownership of repair and maintenance issues
- Be certified in food safety and coach safe food handling
- Scout and interview candidates for team growth
- Secure company assets including computers, point of sale, security systems, and equipment
- Understand key responsibilities of all restaurant positions
- Stop and investigate inappropriate behavior
- Train, coach, and develop team members daily
- Recognize outstanding performance
- Account for all daily revenues and deposits
- Complete administrative duties and submit paperwork on time
