  • valid food safety certification or ability to obtain
  • ability to work morning shifts exclusively
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • capacity to manage teams and operations effectively

  • problem-solving skills and ability to handle urgent situations professionally
  • understanding of food preparation and service standards

Job Duties

  • Learn and support You First culture and core values
  • put supervisory skills to work ensuring daily operations run according to plan and high standards
  • understand and enforce recipe adherence for great food quality
  • know restaurant sales and traffic goals and work to exceed them
  • coach and observe implementation of the First Watch Five Steps of Service
  • apply the 10 Commitments in everyday actions
  • respond quickly to customer and employee concerns
  • communicate and handle repair and maintenance issues promptly
  • secure food safety certification and coach safe food handling
  • recruit and interview candidates continuously
  • protect company assets including technology and equipment
  • understand all restaurant position responsibilities
  • address and investigate inappropriate behavior immediately
  • train, coach, and develop team members daily
  • recognize outstanding performance
  • manage daily revenues and deposits
  • complete administrative duties timely
