Job Requirements

  • 21+ years of age
  • 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
  • Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
  • True leadership capabilities
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

  • Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest's expectations

  • Interacting with guest service-focused team members in areas of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and continuous professional development
  • Living core values and leading others to do so while collaborating with management to achieve high-quality and timely results
  • Managing cost of goods sold and labor to ensure profitability
  • Overseeing daily operations to maintain high standards and efficient workflow
  • Handling high-volume business days while maintaining focus on guest satisfaction
