Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- prior restaurant management experience preferred
- food safety certification required
- ability to work daytime hours with no night shifts
- strong leadership and communication skills
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- must be able to stand for extended periods
- proficiency in using point of sale systems and basic computer applications
- ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- willingness to enroll in benefit programs within 30 days of hire

Job Duties
- Learn and support the You First culture and core values

- follow recipes precisely to maintain food quality
- work to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
- coach and observe implementation of the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
- apply the company's 10 Commitments in daily operations
- respond promptly to customer and employee concerns
- communicate and take ownership of repair and maintenance issues
- maintain food safety certification and coach team in safe food handling
- recruit and interview potential team members
- secure company assets including computers and point of sale systems
- understand all restaurant position responsibilities
- address inappropriate behaviors and investigate as needed
- train, coach, and develop team members daily
- recognize outstanding employee performance
- manage daily revenues and deposits
- complete administrative duties and paperwork on time
