Job Duties
- Learns and supports the You First culture and core values
- Puts supervisory skills to work ensuring daily operations run according to plan and high standards
- Understands and enforces adherence to recipes and food sourcing standards
- Knows and works to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
- Coaches and observes the implementation of the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
- Understands and applies the 10 Commitments in daily operations
- Responds urgently to both customer and employee concerns
- Communicates and manages repair and maintenance issues immediately
- Maintains food safety certification and coaches safe food handling practices
- Actively recruits and interviews candidates for the team
- Secures company assets including computers, point of sale, security systems and equipment
- Understands key responsibilities of all restaurant positions
- Addresses inappropriate behavior promptly and investigates as needed
- Trains, coaches and develops team members daily
- Recognizes exceptional employee performance
- Accounts for all daily revenues and deposits
- Completes administrative duties and ensures timely paperwork submission
