Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Learn and support the You First culture and core values
  • Put supervisory skills to work, ensuring daily operations run according to plan and with high standards
  • Understand and enforce adherence to recipes and sourcing standards
  • Know restaurant sales and traffic goals and strive to exceed them
  • Coach and observe the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
  • Apply the background story of the 10 Commitments into daily operations
  • Respond promptly to customer and employee concerns
  • Communicate and take ownership of repair and maintenance issues
  • Maintain food safety certification and coach safe food handling practices
  • Continuously scout and interview candidates for team expansion
  • Secure company assets including computers, point of sale, security systems, and equipment
  • Understand key responsibilities of every restaurant position
  • Immediately halt inappropriate behavior and investigate as needed
  • Train, coach, and develop team members daily
  • Recognize outstanding performance
  • Account for daily revenues and deposits
  • Complete administrative duties and submit required paperwork on time
