Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Certification in food safety
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage daily operations
- Willingness to work mornings and weekends
- Ability to coach and develop team members
- Basic administrative skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Knowledge of food safety and safe handling practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Competency in handling administrative tasks including revenue accounting
- Ability to respond effectively to customer and employee concerns
- Experience with staff recruitment and development
- Commitment to upholding company values and quality standards
Job Duties
- Learn and support the YOU FIRST culture and core values
- Put supervisory skills to work to ensure daily operations run according to plan and high standards
- Understand that recipes must be followed to source great food
- Know restaurant sales and traffic goals and strive to exceed them
- Coach and observe the implementation of the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
- Understand and apply the 10 Commitments
- Respond urgently to customer and employee concerns
- Communicate and take ownership of repair and maintenance issues
- Maintain certification in food safety and coach safe food handling practices
- Scout for and interview candidates to join the team
- Secure company assets including computers, point of sale, security systems, and equipment
- Understand the responsibilities of every position in the restaurant
- Stop inappropriate behavior and investigate as needed
- Train, coach, and develop team members daily
- Recognize exceptional performance
- Account for daily revenues and deposits
- Complete administrative duties and submit paperwork on time
