Job Requirements
- 21+ years of age
- Minimum of two years restaurant or hospitality industry experience
- Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
- Ability to lead a team to create memorable guest experiences
- Demonstrated true leadership capabilities
- Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

Job Duties
- Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guests' expectations
- Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions
- Interacting with guest service-focused team members in recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and contentious professional development
- Living core values while collaborating with the management team to achieve high-quality and timely results
- Managing the cost of goods sold and labor effectively
- Overseeing all aspects of the business from minute details to big-picture strategy
- Handling high-volume operational days while maintaining leadership presence
- Ensuring compliance with operating standards and strategic initiatives to enhance business results
