Job Requirements

  • 21+ years of age
  • Minimum of two years restaurant or hospitality industry experience
  • Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
  • Ability to lead a team to create memorable guest experiences
  • Demonstrated true leadership capabilities
  • Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

  • Ability to manage costs related to goods sold and labor

Job Duties

  • Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guests' expectations
  • Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions
  • Interacting with guest service-focused team members in recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and contentious professional development
  • Living core values while collaborating with the management team to achieve high-quality and timely results
