Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
- food safety certification
- availability to work daytime hours
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Job Duties
- Learn and support our You First culture and core values
- put supervisory skills to work ensuring daily operations run according to plan with high standards
- follow recipes strictly to maintain food quality
- work to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
- coach and observe implementation of First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
- respond urgently to customer and employee concerns
- communicate and take ownership of repair and maintenance issues
- ensure food safety certification and coach safe food handling
- scout and interview candidates to join the team
- secure company assets including computers, point of sale, security systems and equipment
- understand responsibilities of every restaurant position
- stop inappropriate behavior and investigate as needed
- train, coach, and develop team members daily
- recognize performance that goes above and beyond
- account for all daily revenues and deposits
- complete administrative duties and submit paperwork on time
