Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Managerial or supervisory experience in restaurant operations
- Food safety certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work mornings and early afternoons
- Ability to lead and coach a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic understanding of restaurant financials
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 21 years of age or older to participate in 401(k) program
Job Qualifications

- Previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and certifications

Job Duties
- Learn and support the You First culture and core values
- Put supervisory skills to work ensuring daily operations run according to plan and high standards
- Follow company recipes and food safety protocols strictly
- Monitor and work to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
- Coach and observe implementation of the First Watch Five Steps of Service
- Put into action the background story of the 10 Commitments
- Respond promptly to customer and employee concerns
- Communicate and take immediate ownership of repair and maintenance issues
- Maintain certification in food safety and coach team members in safe food handling practices
- Scout, interview and recruit candidates continuously
- Secure company assets including technology and equipment
- Understand and uphold key responsibilities of all restaurant positions
- Address and investigate inappropriate behavior immediately
- Train, coach, and develop team members daily
- Recognize and reward outstanding performance
- Account for all daily revenues and deposits
- Complete administrative duties and submit paperwork on time
