Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior restaurant experience required
  • Ability to participate in a 3-month paid training program
  • Commitment to career advancement within the company
  • Eligibility to invest in company stock after 90 days or promotion to restaurant manager
  • Ability to work a "6 days on and 2 days off" schedule
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the location of employment
