Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and lead orientations for outstanding team members and shift leads
  • Create and implement a robust training program, mentoring assistant managers, shift leaders, and team member trainers
  • Recognize and celebrate exceptional team member performance while promoting a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging
  • Proactively address and resolve workplace conflicts to maintain a positive and collaborative environment
  • Engage directly with customers to swiftly address any dining issues
  • Optimize staff scheduling to enhance customer service and coach management teams on operational standards
  • Conduct financial performance analysis, manage budgets, and develop strategies to maximize profitability
  • Stay vigilant about market trends and competitors to exceed industry benchmarks
  • Lead product rollout meetings for effective new initiative implementation
