Job Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and lead orientations for outstanding team members and shift leads
- Create and implement a robust training program, mentoring assistant managers, shift leaders, and team member trainers
- Recognize and celebrate exceptional team member performance while promoting a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging
- Proactively address and resolve workplace conflicts to maintain a positive and collaborative environment
- Engage directly with customers to swiftly address any dining issues
- Optimize staff scheduling to enhance customer service and coach management teams on operational standards
- Conduct financial performance analysis, manage budgets, and develop strategies to maximize profitability
- Stay vigilant about market trends and competitors to exceed industry benchmarks
- Lead product rollout meetings for effective new initiative implementation
