Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or retail management
  • certifications in food safety or sanitation preferred
  • excellent organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • valid work authorization

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure compliance with NBFF and Exchange standards
  • enforce food safety guidelines to maintain health and sanitation compliance
  • manage financial aspects including daily receipts, budgeting, and controlling fixed assets
  • coordinate food and supplies ordering to maintain inventory levels
  • supervise and train restaurant staff to uphold service excellence
  • handle customer service issues promptly and professionally
  • monitor operational efficiency and implement improvements when necessary
