Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant supervisory or management role
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and protocols
  • Basic financial literacy and experience handling cash transactions
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Financial management skills including budgeting and inventory control

Job Duties

  • Implement and enforce all named brand fast food and Exchange standards in accordance with food safety guidelines
  • Manage financial aspects including daily receipts, fixed assets, and ordering food and supplies
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Train, supervise, and lead restaurant staff to meet operational and service goals
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management
  • Resolve customer issues and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
