Job Duties
- Implement and enforce all named brand fast food and Exchange standards in accordance with food safety guidelines
- manage financial aspects including daily receipts, fixed assets, and ordering food and supplies
- oversee daily operations to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
- supervise and train restaurant staff to meet operational standards
- maintain inventory control and reduce waste
- monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
- report operational and financial performance to senior leadership
