Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- strong organizational skills
- proficiency in financial management
- excellent leadership skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- implement and enforce all named brand fast food (NBFF) and Exchange standards in accordance with food safety guidelines
- manage overall operations of the restaurant establishment
- oversee financial aspects including daily receipts, fixed assets, and ordering food and supplies
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- supervise and train staff to maintain operational and customer service standards
- monitor inventory levels and control waste
- coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement
