- knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations

Job Duties
- implement and enforce all named brand fast food and the Exchange standards in accordance with food safety guidelines
- oversee overall daily operation of the restaurant establishment
- manage daily receipts and accounting to ensure financial accuracy
- monitor and control fixed assets to maintain inventory and equipment
- order food and supplies to maintain optimum stock levels and minimize waste
- supervise and train restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service and operational efficiency
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a clean, safe environment
