Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant management or related field
- familiarity with food safety guidelines
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- implement and enforce all named brand fast food and the Exchange standards in accordance with food safety guidelines
- oversee financial aspects of the restaurant including daily receipts, fixed assets, and ordering food and supplies
- manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and smooth functioning
- supervise and train restaurant staff to maintain high service quality
- maintain inventory control and manage supplier relationships
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- handle customer service issues and resolve complaints promptly
