Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or restaurant management preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent interpersonal skills
- basic math and computer skills
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of food safety regulations
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage financial transactions and inventory

Job Duties
- oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations
- implement and enforce named brand fast food and Exchange standards
- ensure compliance with food safety guidelines
- manage financial aspects including daily receipts and fixed assets
- order and maintain inventory of food and supplies
- supervise and train restaurant staff
- ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
