Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage financial operations including cash handling and inventory control
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a related hospitality role
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to handle financial responsibilities such as budgeting and cash management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent, additional hospitality or business education preferred

Job Duties

  • Implement and enforce named brand fast food and Exchange standards in accordance with food safety guidelines
  • Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant establishment
  • Manage financial aspects including daily receipts, fixed assets, and ordering food and supplies
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff
  • Ensure quality customer service and satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels and control costs
