Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage financial operations including cash handling and inventory control
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Implement and enforce named brand fast food and Exchange standards in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant establishment
- Manage financial aspects including daily receipts, fixed assets, and ordering food and supplies
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff
- Ensure quality customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs
