Job Requirements

  • b.a. in marketing, advertising, business administration or equivalent marketing experience
  • at least 2 years of product, marketing and/or merchandising experience
  • valid driver's license and vehicle

  • at least 2 years of product, marketing and/or merchandising experience
  • proven ability to increase sales and measure program impact/return on investment
  • proactive and assertive in identifying growth opportunities
  • creative and strategic thinker
  • excellent interpersonal skills including presentation, public speaking and client interaction
  • proficient in social media and MS Office products
  • valid driver's license and vehicle

Job Duties

  • conduct marketing research and data collection including focus groups, surveying, campus mapping, trend research and competitive pricing analysis
  • develop marketing plans and new strategies to promote locations to enhance guest visitation, sales and customer satisfaction
  • develop and execute annual campaigns with presentations to target groups and support business development with sales presentations and client business reviews
  • coordinate special events, promotions, marketing collateral, media relations, public relations, website updates, social media marketing, and online review monitoring and responses
  • build relationships with clients, department heads, community groups
  • influence without formal authority to support program pilots, implementation, and best practices collection
  • track, analyze, and report marketing program results
  • manage multiple tasks with strong time and project management skills
  • communicate with leadership at multiple levels representing a big-picture view of business development
  • assess ambiguous situations to set action plans and deliver results
  • collaborate with operations to achieve financial goals
