Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years product marketing and/or merchandising experience
- Proven track record of increasing sales and measuring ROI
- Strong creativity and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including public speaking
- Proficiency with social media platforms and MS Office suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Job Qualifications
- B.A. in marketing, advertising, business administration, or equivalent marketing experience
- At least 2 years of product, marketing, and/or merchandising experience
- Proven ability to increase sales and measure impact/return on investment of programs
- Proactive and assertive in identifying growth opportunities
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, public speaking, and client interaction skills
- Proficient in social media and MS Office products
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
Job Duties
- Conducts marketing research and data collection such as focus groups, surveying, trend development, competitive pricing analysis
- Develop marketing plans and innovative strategies to promote locations and enhance guest visitation, sales, and satisfaction
- Develop and execute annual campaigns with presentations to target groups
- Coordinate special events, promotions, media interaction, public relations, website and social media updates, online review monitoring and response
- Build relationships with clients, department heads, community groups, and external partners
- Track analyze and report on marketing program results
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management skills
