Job Requirements

  • At least one year of recent restaurant experience in any position
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or Associate’s in Culinary Arts
  • Hospitality and Business degrees preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and consistency

  • Oversee inventory, budgeting, and cost control
  • Implement company policies and operational procedures
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
  • Conduct performance evaluations and organize staff training
