Job Requirements
- At least one year of recent restaurant experience in any position
- Previous management experience is a plus but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or Associate’s in Culinary Arts
- Hospitality and Business degrees preferred
- Team players who are natural leaders and driven problem solvers
- Passion for working with people

- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling and inventory
- Train and develop team members
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with other managers and departments to achieve business goals
- Monitor financial performance and control costs
