Job Requirements

  • At least one year of recent restaurant experience in any position
  • Previous management experience is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or Associate’s in Culinary Arts
  • Hospitality and Business degrees preferred
  • Team players who are natural leaders and driven problem solvers
  • Passion for working with people

Job Duties

  • Lead the restaurant team to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain operational standards and consistency
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling and inventory
  • Train and develop team members
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with other managers and departments to achieve business goals
  • Monitor financial performance and control costs
