Job Requirements

  • At least one year of recent fine dining restaurant experience
  • 2 to 5 years of previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Professional team player attitude
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work full-time in person

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year recent fine dining restaurant experience
  • 2 to 5 years of previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Proven leadership and team management skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams collaboratively
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and composure during service
  • Ensure superior hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Implement and uphold company standards and training programs
  • Monitor inventory, staff schedules, and financial performance
  • Address and resolve guest and employee issues promptly
