Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year recent experience working in fine dining
- Preferably 2 to 5 years supervisory or managerial experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Professionalism and excellent customer service skills
- Capability to lead and motivate team members

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service
- Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures

- Handle guest concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
