Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year recent experience working in fine dining
  • Preferably 2 to 5 years supervisory or managerial experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Professionalism and excellent customer service skills
  • Capability to lead and motivate team members

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service

  • Manage staff schedules and labor costs
  • Handle guest concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
