Job Requirements

  • At least one year of recent fine dining restaurant experience
  • 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Professional team player with superior hospitality skills
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure and work efficiently under pressure
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, and guest relations
  • Foster a positive workplace culture promoting teamwork and hospitality
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
