Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure best practices are followed
- Manage staff performance, scheduling, and training to achieve operational excellence
- Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality consistent with Pluckers' brand
- Monitor inventory control and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels
- Drive sales and profitability through effective team leadership and operational management
- Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Participate in Pluckers University training programs and contribute to ongoing leadership development
