Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards of quality and service
- Manage and motivate the restaurant team to achieve sales and profit goals
- Monitor and maintain inventory, food, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Deliver excellent guest service and handle customer feedback effectively
- Train and develop employees through coaching and leadership programs
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports
