Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in restaurant management or culinary positions
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • proficiency in restaurant POS systems
  • valid food handler’s permit or certification
  • willingness to work in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, or surrounding areas

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or culinary roles
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • strong passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • ability to manage a team effectively
  • knowledge of health and safety standards
  • culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
  • experience in new restaurant openings

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations
  • manage kitchen and front-of-house staff
  • ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
  • develop and implement staff training programs
  • maintain inventory and order supplies
  • enforce health and safety regulations
  • coordinate with suppliers and vendors
