Job Requirements

  • at least one year of recent restaurant experience in any position
  • previous management experience is a plus but not required
  • bachelor's degree in any field of study or associate's degree in culinary arts
  • team players who are natural leaders and driven problem solvers who love working with people

  • lead and motivate restaurant staff to provide exceptional guest service
  • oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and quality
  • implement and maintain health and safety standards
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • conduct staff training and development programs
  • collaborate with senior management to achieve restaurant goals
