Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • ability to prioritize own and others work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age

  • 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • strong understanding of P&L management
  • ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • demonstrated leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Manage the restaurant profit and loss (P&L) statements
  • drive sales through proactive guest service and operations management
  • motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations
  • manage guest feedback and develop action plans to address issues
  • lead the recruitment and selection process for restaurant staff
  • provide coaching and feedback to team members and assistant managers
  • manage labor scheduling and ensure compliance with regulations
  • uphold operational and brand standards
  • perform duties of assistant manager and hourly shift coordinator when necessary
