Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- high school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- ability to prioritize own and others work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- demonstrated leadership skills
- demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
Job Qualifications

- high school diploma or GED required
- 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- strong understanding of P&L management
- ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
- demonstrated leadership skills

Job Duties
- Manage the restaurant profit and loss (P&L) statements
- drive sales through proactive guest service and operations management
- motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations
- manage guest feedback and develop action plans to address issues
- lead the recruitment and selection process for restaurant staff
- provide coaching and feedback to team members and assistant managers
- manage labor scheduling and ensure compliance with regulations
- uphold operational and brand standards
- perform duties of assistant manager and hourly shift coordinator when necessary
