Job Duties
- Drive store sales growth and profitability
- Supervise, train, and motivate the retail team
- Assist director of culinary operations to manage line cooks and savory production
- Manage schedules and vacation requests
- Act as marketing liaison
- Inventory management and product costing
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and recommend changes where necessary
- Ensure all company policies and regulations are followed including all cleaning and maintenance requirements
- Keep labor costs and COGS in line with company goals
