Job Requirements
- at least one year of recent restaurant experience in any position
- previous management experience is a plus but not required
- bachelor’s degree in any field or associate’s degree in culinary arts
- hospitality and business degrees preferred

Job Duties
- lead and motivate restaurant staff to achieve high standards of customer service
- ensure operational excellence and consistency across all areas of the restaurant
- manage daily restaurant activities including scheduling, inventory, and financial performance
- uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
- deliver exceptional guest experiences by addressing needs and resolving issues promptly
- implement training programs to develop team skills and knowledge
- collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and efficiency
