Job Requirements

  • at least one year of recent restaurant experience in any position
  • previous management experience is a plus but not required
  • bachelor’s degree in any field or associate’s degree in culinary arts
  • hospitality and business degrees preferred
  • team players natural leaders and driven problem solvers who love working with people

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate restaurant staff to achieve high standards of customer service
  • ensure operational excellence and consistency across all areas of the restaurant
  • manage daily restaurant activities including scheduling, inventory, and financial performance
  • uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • deliver exceptional guest experiences by addressing needs and resolving issues promptly
  • implement training programs to develop team skills and knowledge
  • collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and efficiency
