Job Requirements

  • At least one year of recent restaurant experience in any position
  • Previous management experience is a plus but not required
  • Team players
  • Natural leaders and driven problem solvers who love working with people
  • Ability to work full-time in person

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous restaurant management experience preferred but not required
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to quality standards
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and customer service
  • Conduct training and development sessions for team members
  • Monitor financial performance and control costs
  • Resolve guest complaints and foster positive customer relations
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to implement company policies and initiatives
