Job Requirements
- At least one year of recent restaurant experience in any position
- Previous management experience is a plus but not required
- Team players
- Natural leaders and driven problem solvers who love working with people
- Ability to work full-time in person

- Previous restaurant management experience preferred but not required
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to quality standards
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and customer service
- Conduct training and development sessions for team members
- Monitor financial performance and control costs
- Resolve guest complaints and foster positive customer relations
- Collaborate with corporate teams to implement company policies and initiatives
