Job Requirements
- At least one year of recent restaurant experience in any position
- Previous management experience is a plus but not required
- Bachelor's degree in any field of study or Associate's degree in Culinary Arts
- Hospitality and Business degrees preferred
- Team players, natural leaders and driven problem solvers who love working with people

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant staff to deliver outstanding guest service
- Ensure consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction
- Implement and uphold health and safety standards in compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with other departments and management to achieve operational goals
