Job Requirements

  • At least one year of recent restaurant experience in any position
  • Previous management experience is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study or Associate's degree in Culinary Arts
  • Hospitality and Business degrees preferred
  • Team players, natural leaders and driven problem solvers who love working with people

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
  • Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant staff to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Ensure consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction
  • Implement and uphold health and safety standards in compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments and management to achieve operational goals
