Job Requirements

- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

- Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability

- Knowledge of guest service principles
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and team management skills
Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Oversee and support a team of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members
- Drive sales and profitability by managing P&L statements and operational strategies
- Motivate and direct employees to exceed guest expectations through excellent service
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Lead recruitment, training, and certification of new team members
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies
- Schedule staff efficiently to optimize labor costs
- Maintain operational and brand standards
- Perform duties of Assistant Managers or Shift Coordinators when necessary
