Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant
  • Oversee and support a team of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members
  • Drive sales and profitability by managing P&L statements and operational strategies
  • Motivate and direct employees to exceed guest expectations through excellent service
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • Lead recruitment, training, and certification of new team members
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies
  • Schedule staff efficiently to optimize labor costs
  • Maintain operational and brand standards
  • Perform duties of Assistant Managers or Shift Coordinators when necessary
