Job Requirements

  • Strong stable work history with management experience in high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurants
  • Education and training normally associated with college coursework in business or hospitality
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience

  • Provide outstanding guest service and maintain food quality
  • Lead and motivate management and co-worker teams
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment
